Any person or group wishing to hold a Wedding at GracePoint Church must fully complete the Wedding Request Form and turn it in to the Wedding Coordinator at least 3 months prior to the date of the event. The application will be reviewed and processed within 10 days. If your date is approved a $100 non-refundable deposit must be made to secure your date on the calendar. GracePoint Church reserves the right to refuse requests. In case of unavoidable circumstances GracePoint Church reserves the right to cancel a previously scheduled event or modify the seating attendance / event as needed after every effort has been made to honor the contract.



The Wedding Fee at Gracepoint Church is $1000



WORSHIP CENTER BLACKOUT DATES (No Weddings will be scheduled)


• 10 days before and after Easter


• 3rd weekend in July for Steer BBQ


• Thanksgiving thru Christmas



The Wedding Coordinator will be responsible to contact and schedule janitors, sound technicians, and any other necessary personnel requested on the Wedding Request Form.



All building use fees are per day (partial days count as full days). Private parties may not engage in custodial work without advanced approval from the Wedding Coordinator.
